PSC’s Training Wing is dedicated to impart quality training to the police officers in the
rank of ASP and the similar rank of government officials. The aims of PSC trainings are to
equip participants with the appropriate knowledge, skill & attitude to respond to the
changing needs of the society, to improve their operational capabilities, capacities &
efficiencies and to raise their awareness on new ideas, perceptions and critical insights on
the ever evolving security domains. These high quality trainings are tailor-made and aligned
with the vision of Bangladesh Police and the needs of the Government of Bangladesh per
se.
The Training Wing is headed by a Member Directing Staff (MDS) in the rank of Addl. Deputy
Inspector General (Addl. DIG) of Bangladesh Police. This Wing consists of two Branches named
1) Training Branch and 2) Curriculum Branch, each is
leaded by a Director.
